Calling all Artists for Community Shows 2023/2024 The Franklin County Arts Guild (FCAG) is seeking artists, emerging artists, and amateur artists to participate in its Public Art Community Shows at the Artisan Depot in Cowan, TN. The FCAG invites original contributions from Franklin County artists of all ages in any media for inclusion in its Community Arts Shows. If you or you want to help a child to submit work for a community show submit work at the Artisan Depot on published intake dates during gallery operating hours (12-5 pm Thursday-Sunday). Each artist is free to interpret the theme of each show as they wish. Use all your creativity and inspiration! Show Schedule 2023/2024

Membership in the Guild and gallery fees is not required for these shows but members can participate. With permission the artists’ works can be presented for sale. Commissions for works sold are 25% of sale price. For further information on community shows and tips on preparing art work for display. You can visit the Artisan Depot Gallery and Gift Shop during operating hours which are 12pm-5pm Thursday, Friday and Sunday and 11am- 5pm on Saturday.
Participation in community shows is open to the public. The Franklin County Arts Guild invites original contributions from Franklin County artists of all ages, no one is too young or too inexperienced, in any media for inclusion in its Community Arts Shows at the Artisan Depot. Individuals wishing to submit work for a community show should submit their work at the Artisan Depot during gallery operating hours on intake dates published on this page. Each artist is free to interpret the theme of each show as they wish. All work must be submitted ready for display (see below). Receptions are at 5:00 pm on every third Friday of the month unless otherwise noted.
*The gallery will be closed Easter Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day. We will also be closed from Christmas Day thru second week of January for clean up in the Gallery.
